Bad Request

I already started Teamsite 6.0 but when I access in my browser got this error.

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Did you start iwwebd and other related services ?
Windows or Solaris ?
TS SP/patch level ?
Did you have TS working before or this is a new install and you never got it working ?
Did you check the log files for any error messages ?
