Does anybody know if it is possible to configure the output file directory location for Generate Web Page after creating a new DCR?

I assume you're generating the output via the Form's "Generate" button? If so there isn't a supported method for cfg the output path

You probably can automate the generation of the webpages and their submission by setting up a workflow.(As the configuration facility you are looking for doesn't exist)
