In ts6l, I use url command to new a dcr ,like this :
http://10.121.6.187/iw-cc/newform?vpath=//sun480/default/main/work/WORKAREA/CPII&iw_tdt=cpii/Monitor.
when user click "finish" or "cancel" button , How to redirect datacapture form to another page i wished?

Have a read of the UI customization guide. (P90)

Many of the URL commands have a parameter done_page which accepts a URL to redirect to once the operation is completed.

EG

http://10.121.6.187/iw-cc/newform?vpath=//sun480/default/main/work/WORKAREA/CPII&iw_tdt=cpii/Monitor&done_page=/iw-cc/
