Refresh the parent window

I created a custom menu item in TeamSite 6.5 to invoke a CGI. This CGI is opened into a new window as target="_blank". After executing the CGI, I would like to refresh the parent window (the Content Center browser window.)

Anyone know how to refresh the parent window? Thanks,

I just found an working code on the TeamSite server "/teamsite/common/refresh_parent_and_close_window.html" to refresh parent window.
