Delete Jobs from To doList

Hi

I want to know how to delete the jobs in the workflow from ones queue.
We can delete the jobs created and owned by us through teamsite WebdeskPro by logging in as "admin" and using the remove job option.
But how to delete the jobs in your queue but created and owned by others.
If the workflow creator/owner has been terminated then what is the procedure to delete those jobs?

Have a 'master' user go in through the GUI and use the Remove Job menu option *or* login to the server and run the iwrmjob CLT (actually the latter, I believe, does *not* require 'master' priveleges though it may requjire more than 'author' priveleges).

Is that the only way the allow users the ability to remove tasks? There's no way to grant that function to an 'admin' role?

. It is certainly a pain logging in as a master and deleting jobs of one particular job creator by doing View All Jobs. We have written a script to remove old jobs and execute it as neccessary. Email me if you need it.
