TeamSite 5.5.2 Previewing files -- Stopped

This is wierd -- We have developed a problem with TeamSite 5.5.2 on WinNT and I can't pinpoint why since this was working last week. Whenever we click on a file in a workarea to preview we get a page not found error message. Any clues?

Is the 'customer web server' running on that machine (e.g. IIS) and is it configured to run on the correct port (default: 81)?

What if the server is up and running and configured to port 81? Is there a need to check the [iwproxy_preconnect_remap] parameters (regex).

Please learn how to spell names (even nicknames) correctly.

If the webserver is up and running, then yes, looking at iwproxy settings and even running iwproxy in debug mode would probably be the next step
