Subsequent deploy fails

Running a pretty standard deploy (OD5.6) from one NT server to another. When we do an initial deploy to an empty directory things run normally. When we deploy to the same directory (compare) we get a failure. Here is my script. Thanks in advance

Without more details (log files, etc) it's difficult to do more than make guesses, but my guess is that the problem is here:

<transferRules

Try changing it to rmReadOnly="yes"

If there are files marked as read-only, then this should resolve the problem.

Beyond that, you'll need to dig through the log files to see if it sheds any light on why it's failing.
