HI,

I am retrieving some varialbes like user_name, user_role and all other variables are being retrieved by show_env.cgi.
But having a problem to retrieve user_name, and user_role of the teamsite so please anyone know let me know.

where is it located ? if it is not in iwhome/httpd/iw-bin it will not return all the data

I'm not sure what you're saying / asking here.

The first part sounds like you are using show_env.cgi - either as (a) a custom menu item, (b) a cgitask script, or (c) a cgi-callout in a DCT [which is it?]
The second part sounds like you are trying to use / create some other CGI script to use in place of show_env.cgi in the same context (yes?) - and that you are having problems figuring out how to access these form variables within your own custom code (yes?)

If so - you'll need to provide information about what version of TeamSite you are using (including SP level and any patches); what platform you are running TeamSite on; what context the CGI script is being run in; and the code you have thus far developed (preferably as an attachment) -- otherwise it will be difficult for anyone to really assist you here too much.
