I am not sure if this is in the SDK documentation but here is a tip on developing custom pages in TeamSite.
There is a CGI script called show_env.ipl in %iw-home%\httpd\iw-bin
It is a good debugging script to show all the environment variables and what parameters are posted.
It is useful if you are customizing TeamSite UI.
