Can anyone tell me what "unknown user agent null" in the servletd.log means in failed teamsite login attempt ?

it means that the client connecting to servletd is not sending a valid user agent header (what identifies the client, in most cases a browser to teamsite). it should however not necessarily cause the login to fail, however, if you are using an unsupported browser, it could cause weird behavior with how cookies are transfered.
