DeadLock - Server Crash

Hi,

We are currently facing an issue where the iwserver process hangs and the only solution to bring TeamSite back online is to reboot the server. We are on TS 6.1 SP1/ Windows 2000.

Interwoven Support has identified this to be a know issue - Deadlocks (BugId - 55550) and have recommended to apply SP2 which would resolve this issue.

We have not been able to re-create this problem in our environment and this makes me feel uncomfortable to assume that SP4 will resolve this isue.
I am curious to know if any of you have faced a similar issue and if yes, what was the solution. Any suggestion or "point to note" is appreciated.

You posted your note in the FormsPublisher forum. Do you think FormsPublisher is at fault for the server crash? Do you know what sequence of steps, or what load or user traffic is causing the crash? It will be hard to know if other people have seen this issue without a little more data on what appears to be triggers, or at least more environment information.
