I have a CCI URL link to preview a DCR, I would like that to open a new window. Any ideas on how to do that with

previewfile?vpath=XXXX

Standard HTML rules for hyperlinks apply.

You already have <a href="....">text</a>
You need to add another attribute to the opening tag: <a href="..." target="_blank">text</a>
