license cancellation

We have a teamsite license key for one machine but now we want to change the teamsite server ... is there a way i can cancel this license and generate a new one for the new machine

From personnal experience:
You can generete a new key trough the support website,Mister Teamsite will not sent a bill because you generate one more license key(if you generate 30 keys,maybe they will bill you).
There is no need to cancel a license key since you can't use it to install on another machine.
