INterwoven OpenDeploy Service stops

We have a perplexing intermittent issue happening here and I am wondering if any of my fellow Interwoven brethren and sistren may have experienced a similar situation. We're using openDeploy 5.5.1 on an NT server and it seems that every now and again, our interwoven OpenDeploy Service will shut down (stop) We can determine no pattern or common element in this behavior. It can happen at any time of day, on any deployment, to any receiver. No pattern. We'd like it to stop happening so if anyone can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure on why the service itself might stop but we experienced issues related to deployments hanging and not ocmpleted because we ran out of space on the server due to large log files. Might want to see what the available space is on the base and receiver boxes.

There was an issue with opendeploy 5.5.1 doing exactly what you say. A later service pack corrected the problem. I can remember having to upgrade the JVM that was on the server as well.
