Is there a CLT like iwgethome that gives the installation directory of OpenDeploy? I would rather not hard-code this value in my scripts, put it in a config file or read the registry to get it if it can be avoided.

Thanks. Any suggestions for those of us on lesser platforms?

OD on Windows sets env variables IWODHOME, IWODRMIPORT. Maybe you can use that ?

Good point - a little hoakey but it should work.

Note: in OD6 this changes - I don't believe IWODRMIPORT is used anymore and the variable for the install directory is IWOD6HOME (it might be IWOD60HOME, but I think it's just '6' not '60' ) - the same is true for Unix where it's /etc/defaultiwod6home and /etc/init.d/iwod6 ...
The reason for this is that OD6 allows you to have multiple instances of OD on the same server - if you aren't going to use that feature - it may make sense to replicate the environment and/or symlink the files to their pre-6.0 names so that you don't have to change a bunch of other code.

A related thread:
env variable IWODHOME v/s OWOD60HOME

That thread won't be accessible to everyone, since it's on the the OD6 beta board (private forum for beta program participants.)
The OD 6 docs will include some recommendations on how to structure scripts that rely on the OD home location.
