Why 'Last modified' field in UI shown as iwui?
kelvin
Does anyone know why and under what circumstances does a file's Last Modified value in ContentCenter UI shown as iwui? The user logs in using a teamsite user id, then perform multiple submission (deployment) but out of sudden the value of Last Modified is shown as iwui. I thought it should be the id of the user who logs in,right?

Are you using any workflows? If you've got an external task in a workflow that in some way manipulates the file (setting extended attributes, for instance) then the 'last modified' would be the user who owns the external task. At least under Unix, which appears to apply to your case.
Alternately - do you have some CGI task or custom callout that's updating the file? If you don't use the impersonator code (
iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi
) as a part of the URL, then any file updates will happen as the user who owns the web daemon - iwui.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, we are using workflow which set extended attributes to the file. So, assuming that the value of the 'Last Modified' needs to be the same as the login id, the only workaround is to use a wrapper code? The thing is that the files does get deployed, just that the user do not wish to see the 'iwui' as the last person modifying the file.

No. Since i appears that you are running under Solaris (or some other flavor of Unix, as opposed to Windows) you should be able th change your WFT file such that the user who owns the external task is the one that should be listed under "last modified."
If this were Windows, you'd be stuck. But then it wouldn't be
iwui
, it would be
SYSTEM
