Is there any document that talks about teamsite's event subsystem?

DataDeploy/DAS is the primary consumer of the event subsystem in TeamSite and so I am assuming that you are asking for information about it with regards to DD/DAS. The DataDeploy Admin Guide has a full section on the Event Subsystem and how to configure it for DD.
