LiveSite - product naming conflict?

Just curious as to whether Interwoven is attempting to trademark the name LiveSite - it appears to already be in use for products in the same arena:

The webcast today was interesting - unfortunately marred by time-sync problems - but interesting just the same. Still hard to completely grasp how it fits in with everything without actually getting one's hands on it. I'm looking forward to checking this out at GearUp - hopefully there will be some hands-on availability...
