Visual Format Edtior with Browse Button

Hi,
I wanna have a button to browse files in the workarea using Visual Format Editor. It should be same like one we have in DCT ("<browse>").
Can anyone help me on this ?

Actually my client need to get filename in VFE along with custom XML tags ...that data they are going to filter in presentation templates. Can you please guide me to have browser button facility in VFE so that user can have filename along with path in VFE.

I don't think one could get to ANY file from VF, images - yes. Try to play with this functionality.

I think this is OOTB functionality.
