mp user and mac switcher
System
hey all:
i'm an avid worksite mp user, but would like to start using mac osx as my primary work environment.
are there any plans for mp to support safari or firefox on the mac? if not, can someone recommend a different way for me to continue to use worksite mp to store my documents?

I had heard with SP1 4.1 (February 14th or so) will support firefox.
Currently I have Firefox working with 4.1 on PC's and Linux but not Apple (well saved searches don't work but everything else). The active-x/java component doesn't load after login so it just hangs forever on the Powerbook we have here. Tried IE and Firefox and Safari on an OSX rev3; all failed. Haven't spent too long troubleshooting it since we don't have any paying customers who use Macs but it just looks like a javascript get error when calling the file.

Since MP4.1SP1 apparently brings option of not requiring applet as well as Netscape7.2 support, firefox may indeed work on Mac

Noticed a webinar for 3/16 on SP1 for MP 4.1, so I'd guess the release date for the service pack is closer to that date than the one I gave above.

JT is correct. SP1 is slated to be out before the end of February. We should have material up on DevNet about tthe specific developer-related bug fixes and features in SP1 by 3/1.
