Connection Problem

Hi Friends,
I am trying to connect to MediaBin Server using PHP SOAP Package.
Getting following error, IIS basic authentication is enabled..
Error is "HTTP/1.1 401 Access Denied ", boz of connection problem getting "wsdl: XML error parsing WSDL from http://133.176.65.49/MediaBinWebService/MediaBinServer.asmx?WSDL on line 1: syntax error " error.
Please Help me with some IIS setup..

Env : MediaBin 4.5, IIS 5.0
