TS login problem

I have installed TS 5.5.2 on a unix machine.
After installing the license key and rebooting, when i am trying to access TS from web browser i am able to login but with this message.......
An error has occured trying to obtain the todo list. The message returned by the server is: GetSciErrorString is unable to open a session.

Hi,
if you search this forum for the similar error message, you'll find a couple of threads. The basic advice is to first check for errors in your logfiles. If you don't figure it out, open a support case. Please report back what you find (or don't find).
