Open Deploy Error (Replicant)

Open Deploy 6.0.1.0

I'm getting the following error when trying to deploy replicant data into Oracle:

Error occured while creating TReplicantInfo object for [Page]

Attached are the error file, dbschema, deployment.xml and datacapture.cfg

If I take out the replicant a row of data loads just fine into my Oracle table without errors. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Jim

Might it be that you have two hyphens instead of one in these lines in your dbschema.cfg and deployment.xml :

<column name="Page" data-type="VARCHAR(255)" value-from-field="OWD-Content/[0--1]/Page" is-replicant="yes" allows-null="no" is-url="no"/>
<column name="Body" data-type="VARCHAR(255)" value-from-field="OWD-Content/[0--1]/Body" is-replicant="yes" allows-null="no" is-url="no"/>

Just a guess, but it doesn't look how I have seen it before.

I used the Admin interface to generate that. You found the problem! I changed it to a single dash and it worked perfectly. Thanks!!

No worries!

If you have discovered a reproducable problem with the OD admin interface then it would be a great idea to raise it with support so that it can be logged as a bug -- and then (maybe oneday) fixed
