Customisation of Datacapture GUI

Hi All,

Is it possible to customize the Replicant buttons (like Add, Moveup, Movedown, Delete) in a Datacapture form. I want to Align/Move these buttons to LEFT instead of RIGHT. Since it is very hard for the user to scroll horizantal to locate these buttons.

Note : Iam using Teamsite 6.1.0 SP2.

I am not aware of a supported way of doinng this.

A suggestion for you though: size your fields so that they don't require horiztonal scrolling.

PS: It is good practice to include your TeamSite version/platform in your posts.

You might be able to play with some of the stylesheets and such via the UITK (see the UICG for [some] details) - I'm not sure how much control you would have over the placement of things like the replicant buttons though. You might pose a query to Support to find out if it *is* possible, and if so *where* you can find documentation regarding how to do it... If it isn't possible, you can open up a feature request.

On the same lines I am wondering whether this can be done in 6.7.1...(Windows 2003 Server).

I did not find anything in the UICG document. Editing the CSS seems to be too risky a way to do things.

Support ppl are being very tentitive about this. Just wondering whether anybody on the forums has tried the same.

I'm guessing that the only way to do this is to either play with the CSS or find the icons being used and replace them with your own (which wouldn't be supported)
