question on TeamSite 6.1 SP1

TS 6.1 SP1 claims that there is a new language added, that is French. From the release notes it is unlcear how it works.

"You have to run in french locale on Solaris 8/9" ... ummm ... what for?

To the present day the language was selected based on the language header sent by the browser. Right now with TS 6.1 I can have German CCPro interface, just by setting German as my language of preference.

So it is not the case for the French language? I have to setup the server, not the client?

Any clarifications would be grateful.
