creating PMs ?

What is the format for creating PMs ?

Is there a primer ? I could not find anything on PerlDoc.

My issue was I tried to use iwgethome and set iwhome, but it was not available to my routines. I put
a call in each routine, so it works now.

Any suggestions as places to read appreciated.

I'm sure the camel book also has a pretty good chapter on it. You might also want to check the perlboot and perltoot perldocs if you intend to go whole hog and make it into a class.

Object Oriented Perl - Damian Conway - I found this book to be very useful when I first tried to write some OOPerl modules.

Learning Perl Objects, References & Modules - Randal L. Schwartz, Tom Phoenix - With a name like Schwartz, it's probably good ;-)

Another book I'd recommend is:
Perl Medic : Transforming Legacy Code - Peter J. Scott - It's got lots of useful things in there about using test modules, and other good practices.
