CLOSE window not working

Hi,

We have upgraded from TS 5.5.2 to TS 6.1.

In the workflow process, for an email task, we are not able to close the window.

Does anyone have a workaround for this.

Can you describe your workflow more? What are you observing, what worked in 5.5.2 and what is happening in 6.1?

(1) TS 6.1 SP1 on W2K3
(2) TS 6.1 SP1 on W2K

Firstly, you should update your legacy CCI URL to reflect the 6.x syntax. Secondly, remove the done_page parameter. I read (can't remember where) that the exclusion of the done_page parameter results in closing the window.
