EA datadeploy config

I have a Keywords extended attribute which has comma seperated values.(for e.g. Newyork, Arizona, Chicago)
I need to deploy this attribute in a table but in a different rows. I mean i need to have 3 rows for these 3 values.

What all changes will be needed in data deploy preprocessor file and how to specify such values in datadeploy configuration mapping file.
