Is that feasible to access WorkSite MP through VB
EER
Hi, I tried to access WorkSite MP library in Visual Basic environment by adding reference to iManMP.dll but always get runtime error of 'not implemented'.
Is it possible to access WorkSite MP API in VB or any other additional settings required?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

You can access WSMP from VB ... all you need is to install WSMP Office Integration and then reference iManMp.dll in your code.
It seems that registering the dll from the SDK doesn't work.

Thanks for you kind reply.
I did installed the WSMP Office Integration module and referring iManMP.dll in the VB. However, still getting the same error: 'Not Implemented'?
Here is the code piece:
-------------------
Dim wsmpMgr As worksitempcom.WtSessionManager
Dim wsmpSession As worksitempcom.WtSimpleSession
Set wsmpMgr = New WtSessionManager
Set wsmpSession = wsmpMgr.createSimpleSession("MP", "WSMP")
-------------------
Any clue for the problem? Thanks again...

You can't instantiate the WtSessionManager object that way. You have to instantiate the WtSessionManagerFactory object first, then use that object's getSessionManager method to get the session manager. The SessionManagerFactory object is crucial to obtaining lots of other objects in the API as well, like WtSearchArgument, input and output streams, and even "basic" types like WtInt, WtLong, etc.
