Which version of DataDeploy works on TeamSite 6.1.0 server? I would like to configure DataDeploy on TS6.1.0 so that I can deploy data from DCRs generated in TS 6.1.0. What would be the configuration for that?

DD 5.6 SP1 should work with TS 6.1. You will need the appropriate patches/service packs.
OD 6.0 which includes DD and was released recently should also work with TS 6.1
