Not able to change password usingMetatagger Studio

Hi,

One of our user is not able to change the password on the metatagger studio. When he tries to change the password using Change Password option in Metatagger Studio login screen he gets following error,

Failed to connect to host 'servername:9090'

He is able to run all the other options & regular work using Metatagger Studio except changing password. I checked all the config files with him & found them alright.

Any Ideas what is happening?

The "servername" portion of the connection string should be replaced with the network name of your MetaTagger Studio server. If you are running Studio on the same machine that the Studio server is running on, you can use the string "localhost".

Sorry for the confusion. The server name is very big, the reason why just for simplicity here I put it as a "servername" it is actually a networkname of the Metatagger Studio server. The things are working alright for all the usrers except this user.
