default presentation template

in Teamsite Templating 5.5.2, how can I make a PT (presentation template) selected by default out of some five or so PTs?

Do you want the users to have the possibility to choose among the other pts as well? Then you can simply make sure the default-to-be pt is listed as the first one in the directory (it's sorted alphabetically).

On the other hand, if the users are not to select the pt themselves, you can register one pt in the templating.cfg, and compile the rest with the iwpt compiler (iwpt_compile.ipl). There are some posts about this, and here's one: Selecting a tpl w/o user intervention.
