TS 6.1Changes in ValParser ?

Hello,

we are just changing to TS 6.1
TS 5.5.2 Solaris iw-perl/bin/perl5.00503
TS 6.1 Solaris iw-perl/bin/perl5.8.2

We use a validating Perl Parser and now get an different output. Now entity references are replaced with their values
i.e.:
<keyword>Fr&#252;h</keyword>
leads now to
<keyword>Früh</keyword>

How can I keep the entities in my file?

Here's some information update:
The Error opening the file in FormsPublisher:
Couldn't parse DCR bytes into DOM [unable_to_parse_dcr ]:Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.

If I manipulate the file and add a BOM (Byte Order Mark) FFFE (UTF-16, little-endian) Teamsite accepts my file.

Does anybody know how to manipulate the BOM of a xml-file in PERL ?
