Webdesk error - onclick 'Details'

We are facing problem when we try to click on detail link of any file through webdesk. It is throwing 'Stack error' Null point exception.

But we can see the file properties successfuly in iw-pro.
Can anyone suggest on this? This teamsite 5.5.2 version.

It would be helpful to provide some more information. What Service Pack level are you on? I think you are saying you are in the file view and you double click on a file? or are you using a pulldown in WebDesk. Is this a new installation or an upgrade?

Did you check if there is any errors reported in the log files, especially iw-webd/logs/error.log and local/iwui/servlet_err.log files? It would be helpful if you can post the log file output. Also try executing iwreset -a (restart apache and servlet engine) to see if that resolves your problem?

Hi,

this is new installation. Error occurs when i try to click link 'Detail' beside the file list logging into webdesk. I could not find any entry in error logs. I should try to do iwreset -a once to see if we can get rid of this after restarting apche and servet engine.
