Deployment folder marked as private

ProfessorX

when delploying interwoven files like the c:/iw-home/local/bin to y:\defaul\yada\yada\yada\WORKAREA\wa1\backup for the first time the /bin folder gets marked as private. Why?

Thanks in advance!
