switch TeamSite wft emails from text to html

Hello All-

At our User Group meeting, we were told that TeamSite 6.1 (win2k) was capable of emailing the task screen from the workflow tab in the Content Center UI for task notification. We are currently using the text only email we migrated from TS 5.5.2. Does anyone know how to switch teamsite workflow email to use this improved html format? Below is an example of our text based email we are currently getting. Thanks for you help.

Look at the OOTB solutions workflows and their emails.
Also search the KBs/TechNotes for a PDF document on Teampalte Based Email...

FYI, you could send HTML emails even in 5.5.2
