Could be due to many many reasons. Hard to say if you don't provide more information.
Have you looked at the logs ?

looks like a licensing issue, didn't realize it locked itself to our old cards nic. how does that get resolved? go to the support site and reenter the nic address and generate a new license? tried it and it aint working.
