workflow ui issue

Hello,

We are having a problem with workflows ui in Teamsite. We can´´t not see the list of jobs and task and instead of it we get this error:

We think it canbe due to having a large amount of active jobs and task which we should remove but still don´t know for sure is this is the reason.

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.job_list.pagedlist.
Reason: Error reading from remote server


We would like to know how can we delete all active jobs and task on the system. We cannot use the interface, and still if we could it would be hard issue to end all jobs one by one.

Removing the jobs can be done with the iwrmjob CLT - If you search in the forums, I believe you'll find [at least] one script already written which will iterate through all the active jobs and remove them for you.

However - before you do that, I'd suggest you download (if you haven't already) the diagnostics script from the support site, run it, and file a case with Support.
