tracking wf using array of comments

I can get the array of comments using $this_task->GetComments(\@workcomments). But this array does not have the entry for a user who did not get any comments(not even a single space....which is set by default). How can I use this array to track the flow of the workflow , even if the users leave the comments box balnk?

The only way I think you can get the full transaction history for the job is to run iwgetwfobj on the jobid and parse the <events> structure. Apparently there's no API for this in TeamSite::WFworkflow or TeamSite::WFtask. It wont give you the comments for each task, but it will tell you when each task went active and inactive.

You could combine this with the GetComments output to try and piece together a full picture if you need to.
