Error in Download Functionality

I get the following error in the download_util.asp

JobTracker error '8004041c'

IDispatch error #540

Any ideas?? Help please!

You'll get this error message if the version of the Web Client is different then the version of the MediaBin Web Service you have installed. Did you recently install an updated version of the Web Service?

Yes. Thank you.

I did get an updated version of dll from Interwoven for this error as a patch.

The product works fine after the patch was installed.
