internal problem

Hi,

Some times (very rarely) when creating new dcr users getting below error

An Internal problem was encountered trying to create a requirements object for type templatedata/Advertisements

Any body have any idea what could be the reason

User tried to open template for Advertisements he got the above error on template after that again he tried it is working

You need to provide a lot more information than that.

What rev of TS ? What OS ? What client ?

Are there inline callouts or formapi calls in the DCT ? You may want to post the DCT.

We get intermittant templating errors (invalid XML) since we have a callout that produces a
XML string for a scrolling list. If that callout fails, it is empy and we get that type of error.

We do have callouts and inline in dct and i am using formapi too

I am using TS5.5.2 on solaris

Next time it happens (if it happens with any frequecy) try running the inline from a command line. See if it will respond properly. If it is intermittent then you may have a connection issue. You may want to put some debugging or error logging in the scripts you run.

When does the formapi run ? On what events ? If it is when the DCT is opened, then that could be the culprit.
