Visual Format Error

We are facing a Templating issue on editing Visual Format fields. We are running Interwoven 6.1 in a Solaris OS and have recently migrated development enviroment onto a Production Server.

While doing a copy-paste operation into any field using Visualformat sometimes causes an IE collapse not being able afterwards to save de DCR.

However, in other particular ocasions, you can save the DCR but cannot see what has been pasted, until you save, close and re-open the DCR again. (When you paste, you see the visualformat textarea white, after you save and reopen it you see content on it).

We copy source content directly from a Web site. We thought it could be some kind of problem with any special character but dismissed the posibility as we don´t get such a behaviour in developmet enviroment. Has enyone seen this problem before?

Hi

It looks like a difficult problem. Try to paste "only text" (right click and "paste text") if this works, the problem is in the analisys proccess to eliminate the undessired Word tags. Does it ocurr before to migrate to the production server?

You can try to uninstall VisualFormat and install again.
