test eventsubsystem

Hello devnet,

I've just set up the eventsubsystem with a sybase database. After creating the tables and starting iweventsubd and iwreset / iwreset -ui I expected some reaction when I create a branch or delete one, submit something to STAGING...whatever.
Nothing happens in database.

Where can I configure on what event to react?
Is it independent from DAS?
