Now, there is a 'test' mValue, but i am not getting the search results....
is there any otherway of doing it???

Try switching the value of the search operator...it currently has the display name of "contains" instead of the enum value "Contains"

i.e.
$MBSearchConstraint=array('mMetadata'=>$MBMetadata,'mSearchOperator'=>'contains');

becomes

$MBSearchConstraint=array('mMetadata'=>$MBMetadata,'mSearchOperator'=>'Contains');

This may seem confusing especially since the display name only differs in case from the enum....but there are other values where they are very different such as the does not exist operator which is:

display name = does not exist
enum = OpAbsent

You can get the list of acceptable values for all searchable metadata from the GetSearchableMetadata method.
