help, generate html page error

Our Interwoven System can't generate html page, When i use the command line like "iwgen **** " , the error code is"Segmentation Fault - core dumped ". How can i resolve this ? Our os is sorlaris 8 ,jdk1.4.1,apache 1.3. Our interwoven version is TS6.10 with sp1.

I can ' t generate html with ui, There is a same error message on /iw-home/log/error_log file.

I suggest you download the latest diagnostics script from the support site, run it, and open a case with Support. My guess is that there's something wrong with your installation.

Did this system work before and just stop working? or has this system never worked?
If it just stopped recently - and ideas what may have changed on the system recently?
