ERROR:00001: Failure in operation

Hi,

We are facing this issue in our production environment.

Whenever we submit a gif file from the workarea using "File >Submit direct" its throwing an error "ERROR:00001: Failure in operation" and the file does not go to staging.

The user trying to submit have correct access to the workarea and is an Administrator for that branch.

However the user is able to submit few other files in the same workarea successfully.

Any ideas abt why this shuld happen?

What version of TS (including SP)? [I'm sure it pre-6.x as there is no Submit Direct in 6.x]
What platform / OS ?

What are the protection settings on the actual gif file(s)?
What are the protection settings on the directory in which the gif files exist?
Does this problem occur for all users attempting to submit any gif files?
- If not, can you provide a more detailed explanation of who/what/when/why/where/how it happens?

Do you have an autoprivate.cfg file set up? If so, could you post it?
Do you have a submit.cfg file set up? If so, can you post it?
