Preview & Generate a DCR

Hi,
When I open a DCR and hit the Preview or Generate button, the Preview Web Page dialog box doesn't come up. It tries to bring it up but ends up showing only a blank dialog box for a long time. If I close that box and hit Preview or Generate for a second time, it brings it up in flash. We are using Templating 5.5.2 SP5.
Have you encountered anything like this? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
