We have TS 5.5 and it is running on Window 2000. For some reason, when I clicked on preview it would go to the Login page. After entering username and password, it send me back to the login page again. I didn't get any error message that my username and password are incorrect or anything. Can someone help.

log out & re log in, does it still fail ?

Then check your cookie settings, TS cannot read your cookies.

Check the URL path in your browser. Sometimes we log in using the server name rather than our fully qualified domain name. Then we are prompted with login prompts when we are taken to the fully qualified domain name. Mostly this occurs with CCI links. I agree that it could be a cookie issue.

That's the setting for TeamSite - what's the setting for cookies in your browser? Perhaps your browser isn't allowing the cookies to be created?
