changed case of folder name prevents submit

We had to change a folder name to all lowercase. Now we can't submit to Staging a flie that was created before the folder-name case change. Looks like the submit is failing on an iwcmp command.

Any ideas how to get around this?

I think rename it with .bak temporarily, submit that, rename that, submit those renamed and deleted things. Have only done this with files.
