Filtering work in Progress content

TeamSite 6.1 Service pack 1
OS: Windows 2003 Server.

Wanted to know how can we filter the files that are being shown under work in progress (so called portlet) under Content Conter Standard. We do not wnat to show any file that is under templatadata to the users (especially the DCRs). Does Interwoven support customization of this portlet.
